Return & Refund Policy
(For Plants, Gardening & Seeds Products)
1. General Policy
Due to the perishable and biological nature of plants, seeds, and gardening products, all sales are subject to the conditions outlined below. We encourage customers to read product descriptions carefully before placing an order.
2. Plants & Live Products
- Live plants, saplings, bulbs, and rooted cuttings are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.
- Minor damage, wilting, or leaf loss during transit is natural and does not qualify for a refund or replacement.
- If a plant is received in a severely damaged or dead condition, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of:
- The plant
- The packaging
- The shipping label
After verification, a replacement or partial/full refund may be provided at our discretion.
3. Seeds
- Seeds are non-returnable once opened.
- Germination depends on multiple factors such as soil quality, climate, watering, and care practices; therefore, germination failure is not grounds for refund.
- If seeds are received damaged, expired, or incorrect, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images. Eligible cases may receive a replacement or refund after verification.
4. Gardening Tools & Accessories
- Gardening tools, planters, fertilizers, and accessories may be returned only if unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Used, damaged, or improperly handled items are not eligible for return or refund.
5. Incorrect or Missing Items
- If an incorrect or missing item is received, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with unboxing images or video.
- Verified cases will be resolved through replacement or refund.
6. Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error occurred from our side.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
